I'm back! This is a little update on the last couple of weeks but here's a breakdown:
- new house is beautiful :')
- I finally got diagnosed with ADHD!
- new routine starts next week which means audios will be consistent again!
- I love you!

It’s really brave of you to have gone through the assessment; receiving a diagnosis can be very emotional and sometimes there may also be feelings of grief that comes along with it. Do remember to be gentle and allow yourself space to process what you feel if it ever feels heavy for you 💛 I hope that the treatment will help improve the quality of your life the way you’d like for it to and I also hope that things will only look up from now on for you! 2022-08-31 15:32:09 +0000 UTCI’m looking forward to seeing how well your medication works for you. I have major depressive disorder and anxiety and the medication I take for that doesn’t get rid of it, it only suppresses it enough to get by. For you I hope it helps 100%!

And I can totally relate about getting an official diagnosis about something you're struggling with. Personally for me it was a relief to finally confirm I had narcolepsy. Because I always felt that maybe I wasn't trying hard enough and that I was lazy. I'm glad I took the steps to get the diagnosis even though it was such an arduous process. I'm now also getting the proper help as well. :) Good to have you back, Peaches! Looking forward to your future audios. Your content always makes my day.
