This mindset is something I've been trying to work on and it's probably the hardest thing I've ever had to change about myself. It's almost like a never ending loop, where I need to accept that I'm what really matters to me, but its so hard to focus on me when I just feel so empty and lonely. I love this audio, and especially what you said and how you said it, and I took it to heart, honestly. I truly want to believe everything you said here.
