Bugfolk (potential DND sketch art)
Added 2020-03-05 06:00:21 +0000 UTCI like to homebrew stuff a lot, though I've been burned out a bit on 5e homebrew with how limiting a lot of aspects of 5e are.
That all said, I do have (worked on / been working on) statblocks for a collection of bug like races and wanna do a few more, cause bugfolk I think I pretty neat. Working out how to use the extra arms without just "oh yeah you can attack a shit ton extra / wield a 2h with a shield" has taken some thought. (As has wing usage / flight without just a fly speed.)
Not depicted here: arachne (statblock there needs a rework to slim it down + quick set of monster rules), spiderfolk (bipedal spider), and for other ideas I was thinking centipede and scorpion would also be good fits.

2020-03-05 06:14:51 +0000 UTClumenari literally have an ability called 'LAMP' where if someone around them takes radiant or fire damage, they can use their reaction to move up to their speed towards them as directly as possible. :v
