I love Ibn Arabi. Been reading his works for years but in small bites. I consider him to be one of the great thinkers in world religions. I find his cosmology in many ways to be similar Vedanta. Equally interesting is how much ire or love he gets from Muslims. That seems to have not changed much throughout the centuries. Anyways, I truly enjoy your channel, derive a lot of benefit as I continue along my own spiritual path. Thank you!!

I saw someone else mention it but amore video of the commonalities between different religions and spiritualities would be awesome, but also I personally would love to see more about depth Holy Hindu texts. I’m not too knowledgeable on it, but from what I’m gathering, there is holy text for just about every aspect of life from astrology to warfare. I know there’s a lot so maybe a short series?

I would love to see a good in-depth video about Sri Vidya.

Hazrat Inayat Khan was a very important figure in tuning my mystical experience, as well as in the lineage I work with most directly. I'd love to hear your insights into the man and his work.

It would be nice to see something on Gurdjieff, Ouspensky and Bennett.

Comparing the importance of Sufism to Medival Mysticism (Eckhard, von Bingen and their homies) to their respektive religion. I.E. two "mystical" traditions and how big a part they have been of their parent religion. Having watched your videos on the subject, you mention that Sufism was mainstream for much of Islamic history. I kinda get the impression that this makes Sufism more important for Islam, at least historically speaking, than Christian mysticism for Christianity. But that is just a layman's vague idea based on watching a smattering of Youtube videos. Makes for an interesting question, though.

Something I've always been curious about is: with the advent of Islam, were there ever any attempts at some sort of Judeo-Christian/Muslim syncretism in the early days? Something a bit like... Islamic Ebionites?

Teddy2tuff

Iconoclasm. Was it influenced by the geographical closeness to the Islamic world?

I am very intrested in hearing more about Ibn-Arabi. The video on Wahdat al-Wujud was fascinating, but from what you mentioned in other video’s he seems to have other controversial idea’s (such as hell being finite) which could be intresting to see.
