Hi Lauren, I just watched your YouTube reading of Barry Morphew’s indictment and thank you! Barry’s lawsuit alleging malicious prosecution was dismissed by the court whose decision (I believe in fall of2024) stated that although the prosecution acted badly, they had enough reason to arrest and charge him. As a resident of CO, it’s my belief that the original DA in Chaffee County, Linda Stanley, who behaved so unbelievably unethically in this case that she was subsequently disbarred as a result, that had she proceeded to trial, Barry would have walked. It’s a blessing that Suzanne’s remains were found in a neighboring county (pronounced Sa WATCH) so that a new prosecution team could start with a clean slate away from the horrible mess Stanley made. Great decision by Barry to inextricably link himself to Suzanne’s murder by using BAM, which seems equivalent to seeing Lori Daybell in the video clips at her storage unit!
