April 6th Change Log:
Added new volumetric clouds to Thunder weather for Single Player and FiveM. Additionally reworked lighting, ambient and fog colors
Added a volumetric lightning effect to the volumetric clouds in Thunder weather
Improved horizon volumetric clouds atmosphere fade in Cloudy weather
Added new high-quality parallax roads covering the area from Pacific Bluffs to North Chumash
Added new high-quality textures to various parts of Vespucci Beach and the Los Santos Golf Club
Added over a dozen unique high-quality props with variations to replace vanilla game props. Props include trash bags, garbage bins, dumpsters, payphones, boxes, parking meters, bike racks, newspaper stands, fences and more. Part of the "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters
Added missing license plate textures to the vehshare file
Motion blur is now disabled by default. You can enable it within the Graphics tab in the NVE ReShade menu
Fixed an issue with clouds not saving when disabled through the NVE ReShade menu
Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

2024-04-29 14:37:57 +0000 UTCWith the latest GTA5 (v.3179) LSPDFR compatibility update, NVE and latest version of RPH are having conflicts. Rage crashes and I get an NVE error box. Do you recommend uninstalling/reinstalling NVE with updated RPH/ScripthookV or is there an update required for NVE to resolve?

2024-04-24 03:28:42 +0000 UTCYou need to install the reshade files and NVE.asi plugin as per the readme guide. Then when you load Cloudy or Thunder weather it should show the volumetric clouds.
