October 31st Change Log:

• Optimized dozens of models and textures around the map, including roads, animated textures, various buildings and much more
• Added volumetric clouds to the FiveM package as a new optional add-on. This add-on is currently in the alpha stage and may contain bugs
• Reworked the volumetric clouds plugin to not rely on Scripthook
• Added various new Ficus Tree models with high-resolution textures, proper vertex paint and LOD models as part of the vegetation overhaul
• Improved and reworked various timecycle modifiers, including photo filters used within the Rockstar Editor
• Improved lighting inside various interiors. Includes Michael's home, various multiplayer apartments, various parking garages, Blazing Tattoo shops and much more
• Added a new add-on called "Extra Content Pack" for Platinum Supporters. This contains brand new high-quality textures for road signs, billboards, flags and much more
• Added a new optional add-on for Single Player and FiveM called "Night Vision Swap" which lets you switch between the newly created green phosphor and white phosphor night vision effects
• Reworked the thermal vision effect to appear more realistic
• Made small improvements to Rain and Foggy weathers
• Improved ambient occlusion on foliage and underneath vehicles
• Improved the brake disc texture on vehicle rims
• Removed artifacting and noise from the carbon texture on vehicles
• Reworked the "Enhanced Motion Blur" add-on with a new option that allows players to enable motion blur in first-person camera mode
• Decreased emissive intensity on the Atomic Blimp livery during night time
• Improved the "NaturalVision Uninstaller" for a smoother uninstall process
• Temporarily removed a few palm tree reflections around Richman due to an LOD bug
• Fixed a bug with road models around South Los Santos, Del Perro and Downtown Los Santos
• Fixed an issue with LOD transitions around Mirror Park
• Fixed various issues with the "Halloween Content Pack" optional add-on for Single Player
• Fixed an issue with certain vehicle liveries displaying the wrong color when underneath a street light in FiveM
• Fixed light volume position inside the Blazing Tattoo shop located on Vinewood Boulevard
• Fixed an issue with window reflections on the Arcadius building in Downtown Los Santos
• Fixed a crashing issue around Downtown Los Santos in Single Player
• Fixed an issue with darkened vegetation around the Burton district
• Fixed an issue with normal maps on the bollard model around Portola Drive
• Misc. bug fixes and tweaks

Known Issues:
- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations in Single Player due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.
