February 28th Change Log:
- Added various new high-quality textures and materials for ground / dirt, flora, rocks, cliffs and more to Paleto Forest and nearby areas
- Added new parallaxed textures for wooden boards at the Del Perro Pier and fixed rotation
- Added new high-quality textures for traffic signals
- Added new high-quality textures for various procedural trash and props
- Added proper LOD lights for orange street lamps in Los Santos to several locations
- Added LODs for white street light models around bridges near Downtown Los Santos. LODs for these models were previously disabled in vanilla
- Added new animated effects to the Tivoli Cinema (Morningwood Boulevard), Taco Bomb (Little Seoul) and Vangelico (Rockford Hills)
- Added new neon lights and volumetric lighting effects to the RON gas station near the Great Ocean Highway / Fort Zancudo
- Added new high-quality textures for guardrail barriers around Paleto Bay / Paleto Forest. More guardrails will be retextured in the future
- Added new high-quality parallaxed roads to Sandy Shores for Platinum Supporters
- Added parallax roads and road reflectors for Paleto Bay and the Senora Freeway from previous updates to the main package for Gold Supporters
- Added missing crack decals to parallaxed road textures in Paleto Bay
- Added new textures and materials using PBR metalness workflow to the giant sculpture in Vespucci Beach
- Adjusted lighting in several interiors and removed the vignetting effect from interiors
- Reduced overly bright emissive intensity on various props in Los Santos
- Optimized Vespucci Beach sand models for additional frames
- Reworked anamorphic lens flares on street lamps and emissive lights
- Fixed an issue with rain occasionally disappearing during Thunder weather
- Fixed an issue with distant light sprites reflecting at high intensities
- Fixed an issue with clouds not spawning in the temporary Cloudy weather in Single Player
- Fixed an issue with televisions not appearing properly inside parallax interiors in FiveM
- Fixed an issue with tire textures for the Vapid Trophy Truck and various rally vehicles including the Pfister Comet Safari
- Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- Framerate is not ideal during night time in Single Player due to street light falloff settings. This will be improved in a future update.
- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations in Single Player due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.
- Some Hedges currently do not have their collision removed. This will be reworked in the future.
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future once we have a solution.

2022-03-22 13:05:16 +0000 UTCYou basically have an equivalent GPU to the RTX2060 and I can run it at high settings 1080p fine. Once you start running a higher resolution or try to run it on ultra you'll see dips in the frames.

2022-03-22 10:40:22 +0000 UTCJust a heads up but with a full clean install of GTAV when I install all the main folder mods for NVE a lot of the cars in my game like the Flatbed and the Duneloader have broken model textures I should also mention this is happening in the FiveM package download. and other people who have an older version of NVE aren't having the same issues I am with the vehicles.

2022-03-01 10:23:54 +0000 UTCI've had the mod for a long time with no issues, however after being away from gta I decided to reinstall the game and this was the first mod I wanted to add. For some reason everything is extremely dark like a very high contrast feel. At night lights are barely visible as well. I hope this gets fixed in a future version. I know how amazing this mod is when it works so keep it up!
