November 5th Change Log:
- Fixed an issue with flickering glass on emergency vehicles
- Fixed an issue with darkened glass on tail lights affecting certain vehicles
- Fixed an issue with LOD tree textures in the Rockford Hills area
- Reduced opacity of the vehicle dust texture
November 2nd Change Log:
- Fixed an issue with a parallax interior building model
- Fixed an issue with emergency vehicle light corona colors in FiveM, RageMP and altV
- Fixed an issue with the vehicle engine smoke effect
- Removed neon lights from "Casey's Diner" in FiveM for improved compatibility with NoPixel
- Fixed an issue with animated lights not working in Los Santos Customs in FiveM
- Created a new optional add-on in FiveM called "More Car Engine Smoke"
- Misc. bug fixes and tweaks
October 31st Change Log:
- Added a variety of new desert flowers and plants such as wild quinine, poppy flowers, desert sage and much more with improved textures, models and new colors as part of the vegetation overhaul
- Added new high-quality textures for explosions and vehicle backfire effects
- Added extra smoke particles and increased visibility when the engine overheats in vehicles
- Optimized a variety of vegetation models, road models and other textures in order to reduce the number polygons and vertices. This will be further improved upon in a future update
- Added a variety of shaders which change the color of all street lights to white in the FiveM, RageMP and altV packages. This will allow for a smoother experience during night time across any server. Removed the "New Street Lights" add-on from the FiveM package as it is no longer needed. Removed all ymap files from the "White Street Lights" add-on as they are no longer needed
- Added a shader which slightly increases the intensity of emissive reflections on vehicle glass during night time
- Added a shader which slightly desaturates sky color on reflective properties such as glass and puddles. Currently only works properly in Extrasunny weather and will be improved in the future
- Reworked previous parallax interiors using a new technique and added new parallax interiors to a few buildings along Vinewood Boulevard
- Increased the brightness of classic and metallic white vehicle paint colors
- Added new high-quality parallaxed roads for Platinum Supporters to the Pacific Bluffs and South Los Santos areas (WIP)
- Added orange and white emissive road reflectors for Platinum Supporters to the Pacific Bluffs and North Senora Freeway areas (WIP)
- Added new high-quality dust maps for vehicles in order to provide a more realistic look
- Modified animated lights at the Car Wash, Auto Repair Shops and Gas Stations to be turned on during all hours
- Moved the ATM machines within the FiveM package to a separate add-on called "s_NVE_ATM_Animation.rpf" within the "Main Files" folder in order to fix an issue with withdrawing money in certain servers
- Added a server resource version of the "Halloween Content Pack" to the FiveM package which lets users add Halloween related props to their servers
- Fixed the color of the close-up wall lights on the side of the Tinkle building in Downtown Los Santos to appear red in Single Player. These lights are the wrong color in vanilla as the LOD lights are red but the close-up wall lights are white
- Reverted ocean waves to Vanilla settings within the FiveM package due to balance issues which previously caused boats to accelerate faster due to smaller modified waves
- Misc bug fixes and tweaks
Known Issues:
- Framerate is not ideal during night time due to street light falloff settings. This will be improved in a future update.
- LOD lights for street lights glitch out in some locations due to not being completed. They will be completed across several future updates.
- Some Hedges currently do not have their collision removed. This will be completed in the future.
- Laser lights glitch out and flicker at certain angles. This will be fixed in the future once we have a solution.

I have same problem, rtx 3060 ti, and medium graphic setting with enb medium and i still having problems, the framerate is 30 fps, without NVE my game is running +100fps

2021-12-06 08:12:44 +0000 UTCHey all. I'm having the same issue. Very bright and grainy with low FPS, have tried all of the above and nothing seems to change it. I'm running 4k with a 3080TI, and if it helps, I was using the Redux mod prior to this, so maybe there's a mix in my game somewhere that's causing it to look off?

2021-12-06 06:05:38 +0000 UTCSaw your post in the discord just now. Try enabling anisotropic filtering 16x for GTA5.exe through the NVIDIA control panel to get rid of the grainy stuff. You can also try enabling 2x MSAA with TXAA or FXAA through the in-game graphics settings.

2021-11-05 07:38:56 +0000 UTCFIVE M custom police cars are glitching out when emergency lights are turned on or sometimes when the vehicle is in proximity of emergency lighting reach. For example if I turn on the emergency lights the headlights and or taillights will flicker constantly along with usually dash lights and such until turned off so unfortunately this wasn't fixed with the November 2nd update.
