January 31st Change Log:
- Re-enabled bullet tracers in FiveM as requested by various users
- Removed the edited Luxury Autos and Mount Zonah Medical Center buildings from the FiveM, RageMP and altV packages
- Removed the edited small building in East Vinewood / Mirror Park from the FiveM, RageMP and altV packages
- Fixed an issue with missing character clothing in RageMP and altV
- Fixed an issue with missing textures caused by the "New Street Lights" add-on in FiveM
- Fixed an issue with large visible particles on the ground after a weather transition to Rain in FiveM (Caused by a vSync add-on issue on servers)
January 30th Change Log:
- Added a new lens flare texture and effect for the sun. Only visible with the third-person camera
- Added a new large tree and two large bushes with improved textures, proper vertex paint and LOD models as part of the vegetation overhaul
- Added various animated lights and signs across the map. New locations include Bahama Mamas, Maze Bank Arena, Hands On Car Wash (South LS), Ammunation (Downtown LS), Rob's Liquor locations, Vinewood Wax Museum, Mount Zonah Medical Center and a select number of small shops and restaurants near the Vespucci Promenade, Del Perro Pier and Paleto Bay areas
- Reduced emissive intensity in more than a dozen logos and signs throughout Los Santos in order to make them more visible at night
- Fixed an issue with the light model for the Ammunation shop sign in Downtown Los Santos
- Fixed an issue with the light model at the Von Crastenburg Hotel restaurants area in Vinewood (This is a vanilla bug)
- Improved ground and dirt textures throughout Sandy Shores via terrain blending (WIP)
- Added new parallax textures and interior mapping to a select number of trailers in Sandy Shores (WIP)
- Added interior mapping with a parallax effect to additional homes near Vespucci Beach (Completed)
- Improved character clothing wetness factor in Rain weather
- Added new parallax textures to the small building near the skate park in East Vinewood / Mirror Park
- Slightly increased player headlight distance intensity
- Added lights which are now emitted from the posters and signs on Bus Stops
- Added a new interior for the Luxury Autos car showroom with vehicle spawns near Rockford Hills / Portola Drive
- Added idle pedestrian spawns inside the Sessanta Nove interior near Rockford Hills / Portola Drive
- Added placeholder dlcpacks for RageMP and altV (Addon1, Addon2 & Addon3) in order to allow advanced users to load their own dlcpacks
- Added animated lights and signs support for RageMP and altV
- Improved FiveM support for the "New Street Lights" add-on (WIP)
- Added a custom timecycle modifier for the Mount Zonah Medical Center in order to fix exposure levels in FiveM
- Fixed a bug causing the game to randomly crash in FiveM with the 'GTA5.exe!addLodLights' error
- Removed bullet tracer effects from most weapons for added realism
- Increased the smoke duration length when a bullet hits concrete
- Fixed an issue with incorrect garland lights placement near the Casino and Bahama Mamas locations
- Fixed a bug that caused ocean water reflections to appear black from far away at certain angles
- Fixed a bug with glitched textures appearing on the roof of The Lust Resort building in West Vinewood (This is a vanilla bug)
- Added the "Halloween Content Pack" to the Single Player package as an Optional Add-On
- Added the '2075 Yaiba Kusanagi CT-3X' motorcycle in Single Player for Platinum Supporters
- Misc bug fixes, tweaks and adjustments

2021-02-27 12:49:41 +0000 UTCHey Nicolas. There is no real solution to the way shadows behave in this game. It's been a problem ever since the PC release many years ago. Which ENB preset are you using? Are you using the Performance Boost add-on? Is it always 30fps or does it hover between 30-40fps? Do you have FPS limiter disabled within the ENB menu?

I just wanted to ask two things: The first is that shadows seem to have a ridiculously low distance where they go from low quality to detail. I get a very noticable line that divides the two shadows settings a few meters apart from the character. Do you know how can I fix that? On the other hand, a lot of the times I'm getting a 30fps cap when using vsync. I have to set it off to uncap it and have it go to 40-45. I'm running the game at 3440x1440 with a 2070 super. Thanks!

2021-02-17 15:41:13 +0000 UTCActually the mod performs fine for the most part. The issue here is that you are playing at 4k with 4x MSAA + ENB MSAA and expect more than 45fps which is absurd. Try running RDR2 at 4k with even 2x MSAA and tell me if you get more than 40fps. My advice to you is turn down MSAA, avoid installing replaced vehicles mods, avoid using gameconfig files that are above the stock traffic limit and play around with your in-game settings to balance out performance.

2021-02-16 20:04:04 +0000 UTCDang. Thought i'd get some kind of an answer for the poor performance. Your mod is very nice looking, but doesn't perform well at all. Even with the performance option and low ENB it doesn't perform well. I guess I prefer a crisper cleaner image with 4xMSAA and ENB MSAA options enabled over all the extra bells and whistles here. Either way, keep up the good work. I might revisit this mod someday when I have a RTX 6090.

This is the only area affected to my knowledge. Don't know how to uninstall LA Roads so if someone could possibly walk me through that I would be grateful. Edit: Well found a temporary(?) fix. Just copied and replaced the textures.rpf in LA Roads with NVE's textures and that got rid of the visual bug. Also removed "dlcpacks:/LA_ROADS/" from my dlclist.xml
