August Reward: Maned Wolf Avatar

This avatar comes with an overhaul of the animator and menus to optimize things, and add lots of new options! The biggest addition is VRCFaceTracking parameters! For all of us without eye or face tracking, it's still usable in the new Face menu as puppet controls to pose funny faces for pictures!
Other new additions include: Leg size slider (PC only), toe bones with puppet controls, minor emoji updates, new color and material radial menus, and dynamic height adjustment on avatar scaling! Important note for full body scaling: Be ready to click "Avatar Measurement" in the hand menu before closing the scaling radial (10 second timeout), or become pretzel π₯¨_π₯¨
