Early access even matter to you?

(Maybe polls & ability to suggest ideas for new pics in my Patreon chat help “increase the value” of subscription? I also want to open same channel for pose suggestion in my discord channel. I'll do it soon)
I just don't like limiting access to my content and I’m thinking about maybe upload an archive with all my content so that anyone can download it, even if he’s not a patron.
I also know about piracy and someone trying to harass me in twitter, with posting link to scrapper site, which take all content from my patreon and save it there. Fortunately i don't really afraid of piracy. This was a case few years ago, but not now.
I want to improve our relationship with you so that you are happy with what you get for deciding to support me. I hope that this has become noticeable since I asked you for feedback, a little bit at least.
Maybe weird quote, but just as Gabe Newell said - piracy it's a service issue and i hope to make you satisfied with service i giving to you and i'll try to improve it from now on. At least i'll try not make it worse, than now. I just trying to be honest with you all.

Using other sites is unreliable, I missed so many things from artists I followed on twitter even though I checked everyday I would still miss posts. Don’t care if everything you make is public and free, I’ll still pay for the notifications.

But having a patreon only image's/ set's would help for those who want something a bit extra. Using more of your roster would be good so we don't keep seeing the same 6/7 characters.

Just an example. So we send you a DM, hoping to be the first 5, and let you know what character we want and you let us know what we can change from that pic or pose like the outfit, facial expressions, cock and or breasts size. Once is set you do the renders and you post them like winners from last variations but know they can't ask you for a new variation until a month later.

We can selecte one characters from your roster but you limit it at which poses we can select, outfit and some minor things like hyper or small, erect, flaccid, semi-erect. Like a commission but it has som predefined settings for faster creation because you wouldn't have to create something from scratch and people could have a variation of a pose they really like with the character they love or like the most.

Only way to fight it - make things harder for actual customer and i don't want that, but thanks for this suggestion. I tihnk futa on futa make me even more unique, if i can say so? I noticed a lot creators don't like futa on futa, but i on the contrary really enjoy it, although in some poses it's probably possible to hide dick of passive futa, I'll consider it for future pics, thanks

If you wanted to make some spicy patreon exclusive content like maybe once a week or two that would probably increase the value proposition. Maybe for paired content like futa x female, futa x futa, and female x female images? I know you don't like female variations anymore but I do believe most people (from polls on other communities I've seen) tend to prefer futa x female when it comes to paired stuff. But that's just one idea. You could assign whatever you wanted for there honestly. If you wanted to avoid piracy specifically for those patreon exclusive artworks that you won't release publicly or will have a long delay before release you could release those on your discord which someone could only access with an active Patreon subscription. Those scraper sites cannot scrape there. So if someone wanted that exclusive content they'd have to sub. I would however avoid putting all of your content there as that then just becomes burdensome. As for WIP stuff, I think it tends to have value with longer form content like video but not so much with still images. But that's just my personal opinion.

That's why i still think about a ways to increase that 'value' but i can't come up with anything for now other than additional type of polls and maybe start post WIP again. If it's not exclusive content, or higher res content, or unwatermarked content, it's usually early access by at least like 3 days, maybe a week or two so the supporters get something - sometimes all of the above. A lot of people if they can just find everything immediately on rule 34 or twitter or wherever they're less likely to support as they don't 'get' anything out of it. I mean you have to understand that at the end of the day a lot of people don't have the money to throw around to just support every artist they like so they need some kind of added value to justify it. It would be silly to pretend those people don't exist and everyone just wants to support, almost like living in a fantasy. So regardless of what opinion I may have it's smart to acknowledge that exists and ignoring it may negatively impact finances if those people feel a sub has no longer has value and drop support.

Maybe you could do a wider release, keeping only a few alts to patreon? You could wait a bit, then release them to the public, which would satisfy those that would like exclusive content. Usually a render with the lighting and all the effects will look better than the base model with no effects added and no lighting. But I understand the apprehension on that front. Maybe some other forms of polling can work? Maybe instead of polling for characters, you show some poses you are interested in doing and you let patrons choose which pose is done first?

If you feel like the early access is pointless then just scrape it entirely. The addition I really like are chats, letting patreons send you images for new poses or models is a great way to interact with you
