In Resident Evil 2, Dr. William Birkin, a virologist for Umbrella Pharmaceuticals, becomes a central antagonist after injecting himself with the G-virus, leading to multiple grotesque transformations. By his third mutation, known as G Stage 3, Birkin has undergone significant changes:
Appearance: He becomes a massive, monstrous entity with enlarged limbs and multiple eyes across his body, including prominent ones on his right shoulder, left leg, and back.
Behavior: In this form, Birkin exhibits heightened aggression and intelligence, capable of tracking players with ease and hurling large objects at them.
