2024-01-30 18:14:50 +0000 UTCI am Norwegian and FYI our low recidivism rate is in significant part a mirage. We put people in prison for certain crimes that do not carry prison sentences in many other countries AND that have a low/very low recidivism rate (mainly car related crimes such as speeding and drunk driving). So you should not actually believe in those comparisons, we can't really be compared to a lot of countries on this point.
