A little info about my plans and a poll
Added 2026-01-04 14:42:16 +0000 UTCHey everyone! Hope you're having a great time celebrating the holidays and that New Year was awesome for you.
I'm currently working on 'Wrong Loot', and the craziness level is off the charts compared to previous chapters😈. I don't have an exact release date yet because it's way more complex this time, but I'm aiming to finish by Wednesday.
Now for the poll: I know internet speeds vary, and I'd love to hear if anyone has trouble loading the comics, especially 'Christmas Wishes'—it's the heaviest one so far. I'm optimizing the site to make it faster, but lightening the comics themselves could affect quality (though probably not noticeably). I'd really appreciate if you share any issues you're having and on which comic.

I'd say overall loading is fine, it takes a couple seconds after selecting a comic for all the pictures to load but that doesn't really bother me.

2026-01-04 22:15:40 +0000 UTCThank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately, it’s unlikely that adding a quality selection will work, because it would require loading three images at once, which could cause errors on the website and increase its load. However, the idea of caching (preloading images in advance) is a good one, and I already use it partially, but not for all comics, because this can sometimes cause the comics not to open at all. I would really appreciate it if you could tell me which specific comics you had issues with. I try to check everything and have already fixed all known errors, and based on surveys most people don’t experience problems, so getting feedback from those who do would be very helpful.

2026-01-04 21:48:08 +0000 UTCJust a couple of suggestions, implement them as you wish. I don't know how hard they are to implement. You could add a quality setting for the comics, like Low/Normal and Max/Full. This should help people with lower internet speeds load quicker. I'm not sure if it's different on PC but when on a phone you don't load any more images than the one your on. Even with good internet this can ruin the flow of reading because it might take a second to load the next one. Instead you could make it that you start loading the next page while you are reading the current one, this would make it seem like it's loading faster, but it's actually just loading more. Hope these suggestions help. Once again, I don't know how hard these are to implement.
