And so we embark on our journey through the world of Tarot Archetypes. Over the next 22 meetings, we will explore and cultivate the energies represented in the Tarot cards, which express the journey of all humans. Our first archetype is The Fool.

The Fool represents innocence, spontaneity, and the willingness to take risks. Comparable to the essence of a child, The Fool is unburdened by expectations and fears, open to the wonders of the world. In our own lives, we often embody The Fool when we venture into the unknown, step out of our comfort zones, and embrace new experiences. It is during these moments of vulnerability and lack of judgment that we can truly grow and discover our true potential.

Working with the energies of The Fool is essential for personal growth and integration. It teaches us to trust our instincts, let go of control, and embrace the unknown with a sense of playfulness. By embodying The Fool's qualities, we become more open-minded, adaptable, and willing to take risks in pursuit of our dreams.

Today, we begin our journey by immersing ourselves in The Fool's energy for the next 28 days. To fully embrace this energy, I recommend watching the dedicated video or listening to the audio for 21 consecutive days, twice a day. This will allow The Fool's energy to penetrate your consciousness deeply, enabling you to experience its profound effects.

In addition to the video or audio, you can incorporate daily activities to better integrate with "Your Fool." Here is an example of a daily activity routine inspired by The Fool:

Day 1: Wear bright clothing and dance freely for 10 minutes in your home.

Day 2: Take a different route to work or on a walk, exploring new places.

Day 3: Create a drawing, painting, or collage without thinking too much about what you are creating.

Day 4: Do something spontaneous or unexpected during the day, like sending a message to an old friend or taking a walk in the park.

Day 5: Read a book or watch a movie on a topic you don't know much about or aren't attracted to.

Day 6: Experiment with a new cooking recipe or try a food you've never tasted before.

Day 7: Go outside and take an aimless walk, following only your instincts.

Day 8: Write a list of dreams or goals you've always wanted to achieve, even if they seem unrealistic.

Day 9: Spend time doing outdoor activities, immersing yourself in nature, like having a picnic in a park or taking a nap under a tree's shade.

Day 10: Create a playlist of songs that make you feel adventurous and full of energy.

Day 11: Watch a movie or TV series of a genre you wouldn't normally choose.

Day 12: Spend time meditating or practicing yoga to connect with your inner self.

Day 13: Take an hour to do physical exercises you enjoy, without worrying about following a program or achieving a specific goal.

Day 14: Arrange a video call with a friend you haven't seen in a long time and share your recent experiences.

Day 15: Go for a walk in the rain and enjoy the sound of the elements.

Day 16: Make an important decision without overthinking it and trust your instinct.

Day 17: Read a book or watch a documentary on a completely new topic for you.

Day 18: Be open and available to help someone today without expecting anything in return.

Day 19: Create a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life, focusing on the little things.

Day 20: Write a poem or story freely, without thinking too much about the plot or structure.

Day 21: Make a list of all the new experiences you had during these 21 days and reflect on how you felt in each moment.

If it is helpful to you, I suggest keeping a diary throughout this journey. In the morning, ask yourself, "How am I doing? How can I be a bit 'crazy' today?" And in the evening, ask yourself, "How did today go? Did I notice any changes in myself? What have I learned from this day?"

After this intensive period of work, it is crucial to rest and integrate the energies you have been engaging with. You'll have seven days to relax and reflect before moving on.

Please note that the morphic field will work even without the sound on.
