I feel like we need more than one ending for this, because I believe "Yuuki" has more ways to deal with this than just becoming the "bad guy"

I agree. Endings where the "girl" end up as bad guys are very common. Sometimes I kinda want to see ending where the person occupying the skin change for the better.
