This episode played in my head like it was done by the folks who did the movie The Neon Demon....only gritty instead of glowy. Well done.

I know I’m late but I just want to come on here and say thank you for Mr. White. We just heard his accent but as someone who grew up in Pennsylvania Dutch country with all the traditions and ways of talking that come with it, it was so refreshing to have a Pennsylvania Dutch character who isn’t just some Amish stereotype. I can’t tell you how excited I was about Mr. White this whole episode, even if he is a creepy hollow man. Also if you need any long PA Dutch curses a good one (and I know I’m spelling it wrong) is “Heilig ewig Donnerwetter Gott verdammt die Junge!” Mach’s gut!

Did anyone else think about the fact that Iron is supposed to repel or harm ghosts, fairies, and malevolent spirits, but the railroad man is not only unaffected but seems to be able to use it? He mentioned knowing where Vera was going especially if she was on the iron rails. Can he use iron as a scrying tool or even to enhance his power like a wand?

I find myself now saying “ever onward, yessss

Ok, I know that Content Warnings (CW) are no laughing matter. As a combat veteran with PTSD, I sincerely appreciate that you include them, although nothing on this program has ever triggered me. That being said, for a number of reasons I found the ones for this installment inexplicably hilarious and some where about the phrase "pig sounds were taken from samples of pigs being fed and pigs just being pigs... No pigs were harmed" ...(I.E. no samples of animals being harmed were used in this podcast). " I have adored this podcast from the beginning, would expect no less. And perhaps my unaccountable glee was nervous laughter of one who is relieved to discover that the folks they thought highly of... Have turned out to be the respectable person's of integrity we had suspected. Horrific detail, in case you can use it: Charred human flesh smells _exactly_ like burnt hamburger. To this day I can't drive past a Burger King. Now, there's a triggering event. Hope I have not over shared. Peace, fam. Trish

OHHHH, yeah! That's the best episode in a long time. VERY well done!

Wow that whole episode was phenomenal but I cannot get over how perfect Yuri's casting is for the role. I get chills when he talks and I can see his character in my head!

Holy hell that was good

Such a great episode! Excellent performances!
