#AnotherWorldOctober Day 11: Bibliomancy / Reading list
Added 2020-10-12 15:06:56 +0000 UTCEvery October I re-read Dracula. It's one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I haven't dragged my battered old copy out of storage yet this month, so I can't show you a photo, but I assure you it is much loved.
What are your favorite Halloween reads, Family?
(And yes, I'm a day behind again, so there will be two posts today. –Cam)
ETA: Updated to include a photo. This isn't my copy, but I have the same edition with its fun and very pulpy cover.

2020-10-12 17:12:35 +0000 UTCGhost stories are my seasonal favourites - almost anything by MR James is great for the autumn
2020-10-12 16:39:47 +0000 UTCAlso 'The Night Wire' by H.F. Arnold, one of the creepiest weird tales ever written. Google and read if you've never heard of it, it's an hour well spent.
2020-10-12 16:14:58 +0000 UTCWashington Irving's 'The Legend of Sleepy Hollow'. The Disney version narrated by Bing Crosby scared the bejeezus out of me as a kid.

2020-10-12 16:07:55 +0000 UTCRay Bradbury's The October Country is one of my favorites every Fall.
