New Rules:
if a character wins a comic or an explicit poll, they will not be eligible for a different poll for 3 months.
if a character wins a one off poll, they will not be eligible for a different poll for two months.
it is not recommended to put a character into the same poll they already won, there is a very low likelihood they will be placed in the poll.

as a side note, there's this one skit from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya-Chan which is really funny, and it involves the three SOS Brigade ladies making chocolates.
