Further exploring the more complex lighting setups. The last couple of years of my art were all about simplifying, partially to make it easier on my hands. I like all the simple styles I've came up with, but I've lost out on all the moods that light can set along the way.
Alfie epilogue status: 16/33 pages done. The last two were super complex and took me a week to finish on their own. Yeesh.

I think simple lighting and simple art has its place. When you've chosen to utilize those styles it's been good. But these more complex lighting scenes are just pure gorgeous. They draw you in more deeply and set a far more intense mood. LOVE IT!
