Geometry Grass Shader for URP

Here's the URP version of the Geometry Grass Shader. It will work with the Grass Painter tool, just use this shader instead of the originally linked one!
Most of the code is the same, just some parts are renamed and tags/includes and functions have a different name in URP. So for the explanation please go to the first linked post.
Code is still commented as well as I could.
For the interactivity, use this script on your interactor
