suffering and torture. Now even Seur
had been ripped away from him. He
prayed for his loyal servant who had
sacrificed so much for himself. And
stayed steadfastly loyal. Taken off to
Snake City by Assawin. Undoubtedly
a life of slavery awaited him. Seur
was strong, he was tough-minded.
But Graisingh doubted they’d make
life easy on him. His loyalty deserved
better but who didn’t since Nakin’s
armies had come?
Graisingh gritted his teeth together.
The cramps in his legs had started
again. Locked totally immobile, the
powerful muscles were used to
movement. They could run for hours.
Strong his legs could take him up a
steep mountain barely getting out of
breath. But there were trembling with
the strain of not moving. His thigh
muscles cramping painfully.
