I watched it the other night. You guys were right. So cheesy and silly but kinda fun. Kinda endearing. Some weak writing, but also they paid attention to the characters which I appreciated. Lots of things I would have done to make it better, but it was fun. Well structured for the most part, and the perfect 90s disaster movie. I miss the days of seeing people in a room full of computers yelling commands at each other, and throwing walkies-talkies from one person to the other lol. Good times. There's much to improve on here with this new film. But also a lot you could borrow from. I still think some of the best tornado work was in Wizard of Oz lol.
