Hey everybody. I'm sorry I've become so abysmally poor about replying to you guys. I know I always say I love comments and discourse, but a lot of things have been wearing on me this month.

I didn't want to say anything during, but I actually got sick in the middle of the month, and there was a while where we were worried it might be Covid, but I got tested and it turned out not to be =w= Whatever it was, I've mostly recovered, however I've also had the general situation of the world on my mind and that also hasn't been very healthy.

Again, artistically very satisfied with this page. It came together quickly, given how complex it is, though it also made me notice I'm not going to achieve the level of background I want without making some custom brushes towards that end.

I'm looking towards Rhos' The Abbey Garden piece over on FurAffinity for how I want the backgrounds to look, albeit in greyscale. It's taken a lot of trial and error to figure out how exactly they layer their greenery work to achieve the effect of having trees look like light is hitting them, but I think I'm on a good path to making it work and you'll see the results on Page 169 - in fact, I think I might upload a cut out WIP later to show off =w=

Again, background listening was mostly political commentators, which I'm realizing is beginning to wear on my health, so I think I'm going to be cutting that out of my life for a while.

However, I ALSO had music this time around. I took a little trip down memory lane and turned up some good old fashioned angry tunes by KMFDM and it was surprisingly relaxing. For anyone who's interested, I personally feel Hau Ruck is their best album to date, however you will need to know german for at least two of their songs, and french for another, if you want to understand them - there's good translations of the lyrics though, so you can just have it blast away and read up on what they're saying :b
