今週も引き続き、素体モデルの進捗情報となります。
先週に引き続きスカルプトモードで形成したハイポリゴンの素体をローポリゴン化する為のリメッシュ作業に苦戦中…。

This week, I'll continue to share the progress on the base model.
Continuing from last week, I'm struggling with remeshing the high-polygon body I created in sculpt mode to make it low-poly...
先週同様に要所要所で面の向きや分岐、結合が分からなくなって頭を抱える日々を繰り返しております…。
ただ、ようやく頭から胴体まではほぼほぼ面を貼る事に成功(?)しているので
残りの手足を次週までに完成させたい所ですね…!
先週は載せていませんでしたが、スカルプトで作成した素体のポリゴン数は350万でした…!頭と胴をある程度貼り終えた時点で3400程になりましたが、
これでも若干細かくし過ぎた気がするのでボーンを追加した後の骨に追従させる設定で更に地獄を見そうで先が思いやられますが…色々アニメーションさせるには必要だと思うので頑張るのみです!
あまり進捗らしい更新が出来ず申し訳ないですが、引き続き完成目指して頑張ります…!
Just like last week, I've been scratching my head at key points, unable to figure out the orientation, branching, and connections of faces...
However, I've finally succeeded(?) in attaching almost all the faces from the head to the torso,
so I'd like to finish the remaining limbs by next week...!
I didn't post it last week, but the base body I created using sculpting had 3.5 million polygons...! Once I'd finished attaching most of the head and torso, it was down to around 3400,
but I feel like I've made it a little too detailed, so I'm worried about what the future holds as I add bones and make them follow the bones, which will be even more difficult...but I think it's necessary for animating various things, so I'll just keep working hard!
I'm sorry I haven't been able to give many updates on my progress, but I'll continue working hard to finish it...!
