7月2週目の更新です。

今週は追加のシーンを作っていたのですが

制作途中の誤操作で一部の髪の毛がおかしな挙動をする様になってしまい

原因が掴めず急遽対象の髪の毛の物理演算を止めての追加シーンの作成となりました

今回のシーンでは特に影響がないと思うので良かったですが

原因が掴めないのはもやもやしますね…。

This is the second week of July update.

I was making an additional scene this week, but

due to a mistake during production, some of the hair started behaving strangely

and I couldn't figure out the cause so I quickly stopped the physics calculations for the hair and created the additional scene

I'm glad that it didn't have any particular effect on this scene,

but it's frustrating not being able to figure out the cause...

液体と共にお腹が少し膨れる様な感じで作ってみましたが

段階的に液体で膨れていく様に作るのは中々難しそうですね…。

(今回は物理演算ではなく手動で膨らませてみました)

本当は流体シミュレーションで液体を作ろうかとも考えていたのですが

前途の通り、髪の毛の異常にテストで書き出した動画で気づき

修正する為に奮闘している内に時間があまり取れず

過去のテストで作成していたパーティクル版でスライムの液体を作ってみる事に…。

今回は粒が大きくなってしまいましたが、もう少し調整すればこれはこれで使えそうですがね。

スライムのドロドロ感を出すなら、やはり流体シミュレーションでしょうけど…。

という事で、カーバンクルちゃんの動画はこれにて一旦終わりとさせて頂き

次回からは暫く新規モデルの試行錯誤に戻りたいと思います。

理想の素体を求めて…！

という事で、次回からは新規モデルの進捗情報更新という事で

文字だけの更新もしくは、ある程度進捗が進んだ場合は画像を添付して状況報告をしていきたいと思います。

I tried making it so that the stomach would expand a little with the liquid,

but it seems like it would be pretty difficult to make it expand gradually with the liquid...

(This time I tried to inflate it manually instead of using physics calculations)

I was actually thinking of making the liquid with a fluid simulation,

but as I mentioned before, I noticed something wrong with the hair in the test video,

and I didn't have much time to fix it,

so I decided to try making slime liquid with the particle version I had made in a previous test...

This time the particles turned out big, but I think it will be usable with a few more adjustments.

If you want to create the gooey feel of slime, you'll probably want to use a fluid simulation...

So, this will be the last video for Carbuncle,

and from next time I'll go back to trial and error with a new model.

In search of the ideal body...!

So, from next time I'll be updating the progress of the new model,

and I'll either just post text, or if I've made some progress I'll attach an image and give a status report.
