微熱と喉の痛みから一気に高熱が出て、38度付近を行ったり来たりを繰り返して寝込んでいます
現在は若干落ち着いているものの、さすがに動ける状態ではないので、今週の更新はお休みさせて頂きます。

I have a slight fever and a sore throat, and then a high fever broke out, and I have been in bed with the temperature repeatedly going back and forth around 38 degrees Celsius.
Although I have calmed down a bit now, I am in no condition to move, so I will not be able to update this week.
