I imagine Vexx accidentally got himself into some sorta male enhancement program here and didn't read the fine print in the contract. Would he still have agreed to this experimental procedure had he known what they planned to reduce him to by the end?
None of that really matters much now. He's already far too gone to refuse any further treatment... and he's no more than a dose or two away from becoming a brainless breeder for the rest of his life. Yay for "bad" ends!
