I don’t think anyone can even comprehend how much I was dying to talk about this! THE JAW TITAN IS REAL. After so many months, after so much effort, the Jaw Titan—along with the official server—are finally here, coexisting to enhance both experiences! There’s so much to say, and I feel like this was one of the hardest times for Shingeki no Craft ever! I just couldn’t talk about it; I didn’t want to ruin the experience, and I was so busy in real life that... what I thought would take one month turned into three.
Anyways, I don’t even have a changelog today. I just wanted to release this as soon as possible so you could try it out and appreciate all the effort that went into making it. For now, I’ll just list the most relevant aspects!
The Jaw Titan has been added to Shingeki no Craft: [Minecraft 1.21.3]
Agile, fast, and elusive—that’s the Jaw Titan! Climb walls, make high jumps, and charge against your enemies! You won’t want to unshift from this Titan!
A lot of new animations were made by DoctorX, in collaboration with Zabat and Hope—the perfect team to create a polished and well-integrated Titan!
Access to API functions: /function snc:api/get/shifter/jaw
Spawns in villages!
Advancements are working!
Jaw head available!
Jump into battle!
In addition to this, I’ve also introduced a new Cooldown System for the Titan Shifters. It will provide an even deeper layer of balance and is already implemented for all of them (except the Colossal). One side note: I had to remake the entire bite/roar system, so at the moment, the Attack, Armored, and Beast Titans are unable to perform it.
It was fun to make videos once again. This month will be the most important month for Shingeki no Craft, for better or worse. I’m planning to make a more “personal video” where I explain the current situation of the project. Stay tuned for that!
