2.1.4 Beta#3: Better Handcuffs and Cannons!

And with this, there's only 2 more features left for me to consider this Armored Update as finished... Very Exciting! (Technically 3 if you take in consideration updating the guides but we'll see hahaha) It has been a fruitful week of bugfixing, all our testers deserve a hug for the amazing work!

So! Besides of the boring list of bugfixes, this update introduces enhancements for 2 mechanics that have been introduced in the datapack catching dust for a while:

• Wall Mounted Cannons: Increased damage dealt to shifters, introduced a reload animation with sound effects for better feedback and a text that indicates how and when you can shoot a shell. Updated the effects when a shell lands with sounds, particles and even the shake ground effect!

• Handcuffs: Ok so, this mechanic got me excited so much that I can't tell you why right now! It was an experiment of storing dynamically data inside of the custom items , something I have never done before on SnC. Why is this important? Well, introducing the keys! When a player/villager is chained using the handcuffs, it will drop a key with a unique identifier. Only this key is able to open the lock for that handcuff. Not only that! But a shifter that is handcuffed will no longer trigger the shifter when enters the injured state!

  Wait but, what can a player do if their key gets burned or missing? Or if the player never reconnects again!?

  A player chained has the possibility to force the chain by causing damage to itself (Similar to what Eren did on the paths), every time the chained player gets damaged it will have a small chance to break the chains and get free!

  I liked this mechanic so much that even created a separated datapack for it, and will probably be releasing it as well with a new video, explaining how better how it works.

And that's it! As I said, there's only 2 core features missing that I want to add, one of them related to the Beast Titan, and the other one with the transformation animation! So, stay tuned for that!
