Hellwalker - Preview (New Song) - Melodic Dark / Edgy

Since I am working on a couple of new pieces, here is a preview of yet another piece that is coming to you once I have finished it.
This one is a bit more melodic but also has definitely some edgy parts and sound design elements. It was recorded with my Schecter 7 String which has the ability to create infinite Sustain. I utilized this feature for some Guitar drones and endless squeals in the background of the track.
The Sound is definitely a bit more industrial and has a bit of that NIN, Ministry vibe to it, still trying to maintain a certain vibe that fits into Doom Music.
In this song, I experimented with some Metasonix Tube sounds, Plus I tried to create a new gnarly guitar tone that is purely based on a synth. However, I processed the sound and sent it to a 5150 Amp through my Axe Fx.(1:37 min around). Some of the guitar tones you heard in the other previously released tracks are often not really guitars, instead, they are purely based on synths which I processed in the way that you can not tell that is coming from a synth or still coming from a guitar. I experimented quite a lot during the last couple of months. Check out also the example later in the preview (starting at 1:56 min) that is showcasing a second preview of "Unravel the Dreadnaught".
Having said that, there are quite some plans for the future. One of these is to invest in one or 2 pedals. (Geiger Counter and God Eater). Both of them create very interesting gnarly tones that could be very interesting for any future material.
