Also why that leprechaun said "it doesn't matter what brings a person, only what they leave with", is because Paige was brought to the leprechauns aid because of personal gain/greed, but at the end of the episode she thought differently about the whole thing. Applies to life in general as well; people can go places for the wrong reasons, but end up growing with a lesson learned

That Piper and Leo are a great couple and the elders are controlling, useless assholes. Even Piper said they're useless this episode!
