You gotta admit Hartley wasn't all bad till Wells betrayed him sure he was arrogant but he cared enough about people to warn Wells about the danger, but Wells didn't listen and now Hartley has to live with what the explosion did to him and others, you gotta feel for him at least a little bit but now he has become what he was trying to prevent, he is too blinded by revenge to care anymore and is essentially doing what Wells did by putting people in danger.

I tend to get into something right away which allows my brain to be busy and that always works cuz after a while I just completely forget about it. And when I occasionally do remember that "hey wasn't I randomly feeling shitty a couple of hours ago?" I'm always stunned at how for no reason my brain decided I'M NOT FEELING IT TODAY!! and that all I had to do was avoid the mental bullshit to change that lool. Best thing to keep in mind is when you feel down (especially for no reason) just distract yourself. It's a mind battle bro
