The more we dwell on the bullshit the more the neurological pathways/connections in our brain become stronger which then makes us perceive a minuscule thing as if its gigantic. I promise you when you start ruminating on something, immediately do something else for a while until it completely distracts you and watch how you perceive the previous problem u just had. You'll be like why the fuck was I even trippin about that dumb shit but all in all Glad to see u so jolly
