The powers is what made him kill... They said that at the beginning.

I do take into consideration everything that happened. I known he was corrupted and what was happening to him wasnt his fault he didn't have control. But he was rabid and he was going to kill us i understand her pain but they had to do what had to be done. It may not have been the perfect option but it worked

Couldn't agree more with the previous statements. It's easy to say *he was going to kill us* when you don't take into consideration - the magical corruption that happens when he got the powers - the fact that it was an accident when the monkey impaled him with the blood with powers - the fact that he was researching their blood to find an antibody that would save countless lives - the fact that he only got the blood in his attempt to save Piper And the others they infected with the spell in 2x12 - the fact that he only attempted to help Piper due to her negligence with those fruits purchased illegally. I love Piper but I definitely understand her pain and definitely don't understand even Phoebe and Pru who thought it was easier to kill him than break into the shop to steal a few ingredients and then maybe sneak up on him and stick him with a seringe. They should feel bad because they really haven't tried and took the easy way out!!! They killed him.

I couldn't have said it better myself. I have no idea how he missed all of that. This is one of my favorite Season 2 episodes, and the very simplistic take of "doctor bad, girls good" was super disappointing and does a huge disservice to the story the writers were telling here about the awful consequences of their selfish use of magic, and inability to take responsibility for the after-effects of that recklessness on innocent people's lives, resulting even in their deaths.

I don't think you really understood the point of the episode. Dr. Williamson wasn't killing people because he wanted to. Everything that happened was a result of the girls casting the Awakening spell to save Piper in 2x12, which Leo literally explained. It's their absolute obligation to not use magic in ways that not only is not for insane personal gain (saving Piper), but that will magically alter the course of events that force things to happen like a hospital taking their blood because they think there's something miraculous about their blood (which was a result of them casting the spell). It's their responsibility to be the keepers of their powers and the effects of their magic, and that refusal to accept that responsibility was driven home by Piper's unwillingness to even listen to Dr. Williamson's phonecall. What happened to Dr. Williamson was almost entirely their fault. Their powers literally drove him mad and cosmically warped his sense of right and wrong, and he only got those powers and killed all of those people because of what the girls did in 2x12, and what they didn't do here in 2x20. Piper was not overreacting. They also, you know, are not supposed to murder people, period, and have a moral and wiccan obligation not to. They are not judge and jury. Not sure how you got "doctor bad, girls good" out of that. An innocent man, who spent his entire life dedicating himself to saving other people, was driven mad and was killed because of the girls' irresponsibility. It was literally their fault; how could they not feel bad? To not feel bad would be absolutely insane. All he did was try to save Piper's life in 2x12, and then tried to get their help and talk to them DOZENS of times, which they refused to do, despite everything they did being the reason everything happened (Piper importing the fruit, Prue/Phoebe casting that spell, everyone in the hospital dying/getting sick, having all of their blood drawn because they had to be re-quarantined BECAUSE they cast the spell, the list goes on and on and on). Please for the love of God tell me you understand that everything that Dr. Williamson did was because the powers literally drove him insane and mutated his entire consciousness (NOT because he wanted to), and that the only reason he got those powers was because of everything the girls did, and also refusing to take responsibility for their actions by not responding to him. I am almost at a loss for words at how you didn't understand this and said that it's crazy that Piper feels bad. Like... wtf???
What's actually bad is that Prue and Phoebe didn't seem to be affected at all by his death, even though they were the ones that decided to cast the Awakening spell. Piper didn't decide on that at all.
