Agree with everything you said, Leo is off doing his white lighter duties, but it’s not goodbye..which is why he told Piper not to say goodbye to him. It’s so crazy how history did kind of repeat with Piper freezing Leo like her mom froze Sam. They both were trying to protect the men that they loved. So Piper is confused with her feelings knowing that her love for Leo is still lingering in her heart. But her attraction and growing feelings towards Dan, which is her attempt of trying to have that normal life and normal relationship. But we all know that the Halliwell Sisters lives are far from normal.

Man, the mirroring of Patty and Sam's relationship with Piper and Leo's relationship was such a great idea. Like mother like daughter I guess. And they only touched on it with a single line, but Piper wondered when Patty and Sam's relationship could have taken place, and where their father Victor was during all this. This will become really important later. Actually, it's kind of crazy how important this episode is in retrospect. Anyone who has seen the whole show knows what I mean. Sam is certainly a very important character. Aaaand Leo is gone for good again. Sigh. It really would be a lot like working with someone at the office who you're in love with, but can't/aren't allowed to be with. You'd rather just quit your job than have to see them every day. ESPECIALLY if you have to see them with someone else... I love the moment that Piper freezes Leo on the dock. She said earlier that Patty did that to Sam because she was trying to protect him, because she loved him. That was Piper's way of saying she loved Leo. I find Prue's sort of PTSD with Patty's death really fascinating, because it reveals so much about her character. One of the first things we learn about her in 1x01 is how she didn't have much of a childhood because she helped raise Piper and Phoebe after their mom died. This will be an ongoing thing for her.

Piper already has feelings for poor Dan and she's also longing for Leo. I love the actor who played Sam (Scott Jaeck), he had a nice ending and I love that we see him get his dying wish.. to see Patty again. The show does get much better later on and I can't wait for you to reach that far with both shows :D Great reaction as always, keep em coming.

Well you guys are wrong about Leo. I mean it's a semantics thing but still important. Leo is there for Piper when she needs him. He's just not always there when she wants him to be.

Yeah piper can be rude to leo but I think she's just so confused about her feeling especially having feelings for 2 people who both have feeling for her. Also she can have a somewhat normal life/relationship with Dan which is something piper has struggled with especially, back in season 1 ep 2 she was so scared of their powers and just wanted to be normal. That scene with them reading the letters is so heartbreaking. Charmed is really good at punching you in the feels 😅 I think their official ship name is "Pleo" but im not actually sure if there is an official one so "Liper" is pretty cute too 😆 i cant tell you enough how much I enjoy your reactions and appreciate how fast you get them out! Such a fun journey

As I said, Dan is great and makes Piper happy. But as you can tell from this episode and from what Piper just said in that last scene. Piper says even though they know their feelings for each other, their situation isn’t helping their relationship either. Piper wants someone to be THERE for her when she needs them. In which, Leo obviously has his duties as a white lighter. Piper wants to act tough around Leo, but you saw how hurt she was when Leo said that he can’t be her white lighter anymore. She doesn’t want to say goodbye to him, which means a part of her is still very much holding on to him. But again she’s still very angry at him..which was also her decision in the first place. Leo did say he was willing to clip his wings for her, he was willing to have a normal life with her. But she didn’t want him to clip his wings for her..SHE wanted Leo to continue being a white lighter. So her being just really mean and saying stuff like Leo doesn’t do “personal” well was really quite a low blow. Like you said, Leo is such a great guy and he can’t help that he’s a white lighter and he can’t stop loving or looking out for Piper and the Charmed Ones. But he can’t continue seeing Piper with Dan. He can’t really do his job and honestly Piper can’t have the best of both worlds. Plus, Leo told her not to say goodbye to him. So I have a feeling Leo will be back in this season. There have been so many foreshadowing and parallelism when it comes to Piper and Leo. I don’t know if you heard what Sam said to Leo before he passed away, but he looked and Leo and Piper and told Leo “Don’t lose her.” Which is why it lead to Leo and Piper having that conversation in the end. Let’s not forget the glimpse of their future in episode 2 of this season. Leo and Piper got married and had a daughter, but got divorced. Prue said that they have the chance to change that future to a better one. Then piper said, maybe things will work out between me and Leo. So the writers can’t be dropping those kinds of scenes and dialogue, if Leo just leaves like that. I’m a hopefulness romantic. TEAM LEO all the way. I’m sorry Dan...you’re wonderful and kind, but Piper is for Leo and Leo is for Piper.
