This is Glitch, Patches' partner! Originally, he had an odd and very humorous personality. His held item back then was a tie, which I now see did not fit his character. For this redraw, I changed him to be a little more smug!
He probably works in some office-related job. Since he and Patches are researchers in this rendition, maybe he could be a lab manager! Or a lab assistant that thinks too highly of himself. Which I think would be funnier :')
