Arenas
Added 2022-10-30 15:56:53 +0000 UTCI've finished up Arena themed maps I asked about earlier this month in the pool! I hope you will find those interesting and usefull for some kind of events, to have a break from usual type of battlefield. Those were experimental sheets, so please do share your opinions on those!
It's a bit too late for that, but while finishing the maps I've just realized, that those are less modular than what I planned for in the begining. You can connect left and right sides easily, but this time it won't work well while flipping the maps because those are not symmetrical. That means, there are 4 possible combinations between those sheets. It seems I've got tunel-visioned while working on those maps, my idea at the begining was to make it more modular, so you can sort of pick your faction/sponsor and your own side of the arena they offer with it's own gimmicks and quirks, a different layout ment for different gameplay.
I'm also a bit worried, that because I've added the stadium shaped arena border, the map size is lower than usually and as a 2 sheet event map it's pretty tiny. I'm really curious about your opinions on that.

This set of arenas is exellent. It's ok to use smaller gaming zone fo tournament like games, I hope next set will be based on sigle sheet arenas. Personaly I see no problem with combination of arenas halves.
