Should I cancel the alien comic and dedicate myself to shorter comics?

you could do a shift system if the comic is burning you out where you do 5 pages for the first week and 3 pages for the next week and rotate between the two or if you want to continue while redrawing the previous comic and continue you could do the rotation with one shift being a continue of the comic and the other is to redo previous chapters to not burn yourself out and to give yourself time to plan out the next chapter while redoing the previous chapter.
