[조선 제국의 엘프 관련 조항]

1 엘프의 권리

엘프들은 조선시대부터 백성들에게 민폐를 끼친 요괴 종족의 후손이다. 따라서 엘프에게 기본적인 인권은 부여할 수 없고, 오로지 생명권만 보장해줄 수 있다. 조선 제국 국민 또는 외국인은 엘프들에게 합당한 지도와 교육을 할 권리가 있고, 엘프들이 이것을 거절하거나 잘 수행하지 않았을 경우 체벌[벌주기] 을 가할 수 있다.

2 엘프의 복장

엘프들은 생명권을 보장받기 위해, '국가 공인 요괴' 낙인이 반드시 엉덩이에 찍혀있어야 한다. 또한 엘프들은 자신의 낙인이 언제 어디서나 드러날 수 있게끔 엉덩이를 가려서는 안되며, 낯선 이를 만났을 때는 엉덩이를 곧장 내밀수 있도록 한다. 낙인이 찍혀있는 엘프만이 조선 제국에 저항하지 않는 엘프임을 증명할 수 있기 때문이다.

3 엘프의 이동 예절

엘프들은 인간이 아니므로, 기본 사족보행해야한다. 엘프의 팔꿈치와 무릎으로 바닥을 기어가는 것을 말한다. 주변 남성의 사타구니 이상 상체를 들어올려서는 안되며, 엘프의 머리는 항상 자기 엉덩이보다 낮은 위치에 있어야 한다. 이를 어기는 것을 적발 시 즉시 엉덩이 100대의 체벌을 가한다. 체벌 후에는 하루 종일 엘프의 허벅지와 종아리를 묶어 강제적으로 기어다니게 한다.

이족 보행(걷기)가 필요한 경우에는 오직 제국 국가의 중급이상 관리원에게 허락을 맡아야 한다. 허락을 맡기 위해서는 엉덩이를 흔들어 자신의 이름와 걸어야 하는 사유를 자세히 써야 한다. 사유가 적합할 경우 관리원은 그 엘프에게 경고성 똥침 체벌을 3회 이하 실시 하고 이족보행을 허락한다. 허락을 맡은 엘프는 '이족 보행 승인 젖줄'이 채워진 후 최대 한시간까지만 걸어다닐 수 있으며 이를 초과하면 다시 허락을 맡아야 한다.

1 Rights of the Elf

2 The Elf's Clothes

This is because only the elves that are branded can prove that they are elves that do not resist the Joseon Empire.

3 Elf's Moving Manners

Elves are not human, so they have to walk on basic four legs. It refers to crawling on the floor with the elbows and knees of an elf. The upper body should not be raised above the groin of the surrounding man, and the head of the elf should always be in a position lower than his buttocks. If you are caught violating this, you will immediately punish 100 buttocks. After physical punishment, the elf's thighs and calves are tied up all day and forced to crawl.

3 エルフの移動マナー

エルフは人間ではないので、基本的な蛇足歩行をしなければならない。 エルフの肘と膝で床を這うことをいう。 周辺男性の股間以上上半身を持ち上げてはならず、エルフの頭は常に自分のお尻より低い位置にいなければならない。 これに違反したことを摘発した場合、直ちにヒップ100台の体罰を加える。 体罰後は一日中エルフの太ももとふくらはぎを縛って強制的に這い回らせる。

二足歩行（歩く）が必要な場合には、専ら帝国国家の中級以上の管理員に許可を得なければならない。 許可を得るためには、お尻を振って自分の名前とかけなければならない理由を詳しく書かなければならない。 事由が適合する場合、管理員はそのエルフに警告性糞針体罰を3回以下実施し、二足歩行を許可する。 許可を得たエルフは「二足歩行承認乳腺」が満たされた後、最大1時間まで歩くことができ、これを超過すれば再び許可を得なければならない。
