“I don’t see what the big deal is,” Gar warbles, the Aarakocra navigating from updraft to updraft along the edge of the cliff.
The grumpy dwarven ranger took another half step back from the rim, hiding the move clumsily with an adjustment of his boots. “Of course you don't featherbrain, but for the rest of us this is a little more of a perilous situation. Shear drop on one side, forest on the other, and all manner of unknown beast on top and underneath this Bahamut forsaken mountain.”
Finding a perch on a nearby pine tree Gar cocks his head to the side. “But, there’s only one side to watch?”
“That’s one way to look at it, but it also means there’s nowhere to run if things go south. Now do something useful and scout out the road ahead, I don't want to be surprised against a drop like this… again...”
