New Ambience: Harper's Waypoint

Greetings Patrons,

This track started out as a tavern, viewed from the outside, but slowly morphed into a secret hideaway in the forest. I thought a Harper's Hideaway away would be a pretty good title, but I went with 'waypoint' because it seemed more like a destination known only to a select few.

In fairness, this is a tavern. Harper's come here to relax between assignments, fix gear, tell stories, replenish supplies, and keep the house and gardens in repair. the scene is set in the early evening so there a birds and insects, the occasional frog, and an owl. The Harper's speak outside in hushed tones and you can hear the muffled sounds of more coming from within.

Musically, this is mostly medieval style/fantasy instruments. Baroque guitar, zither, nyckelharpa, tagelharpa, viola da gamba, flutes and hand drums. These are augmented by more traditional orchestral instruments to make it a bit more wide screen.

As this track is in Patreon exclusive sneak-peek mode, I've included the mixed version (live on the site next week) as well as music-only, and ambience-only versions here for patrons. Additionally, I created 2 'no voices' versions which are subtle, but remove the exterior and interior voices (leaving the outdoor activities and horses etc). I hope you find these useful.
