New Ambience: Fog of War

Greetings Patrons,

The ambience portion of this track is relatively abstract as it's essentially all done on a synthesizer. I was creating a patch out of noises and I liked how various filter settings, when combined with effects created something that sounded like an other-worldly storm. To that, I added some barely audible human whispers, some of which are reversed. I thought it gave it a slightly creepy otherworldly vibe. As such, it's definitely a hybrid score (orchestral and synth) that lumbers along in a foreboding manner.

This one went through a bunch of revisions until I was happy with it. I definitely went overboard with it at one point before pulling back. I think it makes a good dramatic underscore type track which should work across a variety of dark-themed stories.

This track is in sneak-peek mode for Patrons so it won't be on the site until next week. I've attached the mixed version, as well as ambience-only and music-only versions here.
