Greeting Patrons,
I had a request for an Egyptian tomb style ambience last month, and then another one last week, so I figured it was in the cards. Or, hieroglyphs? (ouch).
I watched a couple of mummy movies (for research!) but honestly I didn't hear anything I really loved so I started googling images of tombs and reading about discoveries and imagined the sounds from there.
I tagged this as historical (as well as fantasy and horror) but I can assure you, there's nothing realistic about this tomb. If I thought something sounded cool, it went in. It's straight pulp and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
This will also provide good audio for a variety of dungeons and sewers or anything else that's underground and has a bit of mystical flavor to it.
Also, a few of you have been asking about the addition of the Steampunk SoundPad into the Custom SoundPad and I promise I will get to that very soon.
Thank you, as always, for your continuing support.
best,
Tim
