Happy (early) Halloween!
Added 2017-10-26 15:17:12 +0000 UTCI started Tabletop Audio in early 2014. By the time October of that year came around, I knew I wanted to make a special Halloween ambience. When the following October arrived, I did it again, thus making it an official annual occurrence.
It's hard to believe that this year marks the release of my 4th annual Halloween ambience.
Making these is a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, it's so much fun coming up with wild and scary sounds. On the other, it kind of takes a toll! I mean, I honestly had to stop work one day and go and walk in the sunshine for a bit.
This track is called Existential Dread and it is a slow build over 10 minutes that gets all spine-tingly near the end - just in time for the whole thing to start again. This is an easy fit for any RPG or board games that deal with dread or horror themes.

It seems to me like it was one of the first tools I came across when I dove back into tabletop games in 2011/2012. Either way, thank you so much for continuing to provide us such great ambiences.
