I don’t play video games much. What with kids, this site, other adult type duties there just isn’t the time. Which sucks. But my kids play (when I'm not making them practice their music ;p) and for some reason last month I decided to check out Portal 2. Yeah, I’m late to the party, I know!
Cut to two weeks later and I obsessively finished the entire thing. I was so inspired by the wit, the puzzles and especially the sound design that I decided to create an homage to Portal 2 for Tabletop Audio.
Testing Chamber could also be used for modern and sci-fi games or even a dungeon if it’s a little more mechanically inclined. It’s a factory floor, an abandoned rocket silo or any other reverberant industrial technological space.
Tech Update:
I've been spending a lot of time over the past week making server changes to try and deal with bandwidth issues and the like. During the process I made a whole bunch of boneheaded errors which should now, for the most part, be sorted. The upside is that the site should be loading faster, caching better an be more responsive in general.
If things aren't working quite right, a cache clear of your browser is the first thing to try. If that doesn't fix it, please let me know and I'll try to use my legendary trial and error methodologies to get things going again.
Thank you all so much for your continuing support.
best,
Tim
