Adventure High 0.75 Patron Release

This one mostly focused on the monster ranch again, but also added the transform/shrink spell scenes for Derrick, and another character AI. Sarah's AI is more aggressive than Val's. She tends towards trying to cast her more potent destructive magic as often as possible; healing only when an ally is in critical health, and only occasionally mixing things up with spells other than destructive magic. Here's what's new in this update:
- AI updated for Sarah.
- 2 scenes for Derrick's transformation plot added.
- 1 scene for Lava Girl added to Monster Ranch.
- 1 scene for Aquatic Girl added to Monster Ranch.
- 1 scene for Alure Fish added to Monster Ranch.
- 3 scenes for Magma Golem added to Monster Ranch.
