And in the beginning, when they were both drawing blood when they first met, the blood bags said lumon. Lumon is literally everywhere. MY theory is that they had been watching Gemma for a really long time and pursued her, not the other way around. We know she struggled with fertility issues so maybe they took advantage of her vulnerability and told her they could help her get pregnant.
