2025-01-06 02:23:23 +0000 UTCI like that “cousin Jack” went to spend some time in America and came back with a display of a million guns. So funny. Edwina is 26. Kate is 28. Anthony is 36. So the sisters are close together but Edwina looks SO young. It kind of creeps me out when Anthony is doting on her even though irl it’s normal. “You do not count.” OUCH. I’ll be honest, I accidentally semi did that to a guy in high school once. I phrased it differently but it was similarly dismissive and thoughtless. In my defense, I had like zero confidence and he was a good-looking, fairly popular guy so I thought a joke would be funny in an ironic way that *I* would preemptively reject *him* in such a flippant manner. Not to mention the audacity a guy would have to have to ask out a third best friend. He laughed but told me months later that it hurt his feelings, he actually was interested in me. I’m aro-ace (not out at the time) so I would have rejected him regardless. I just could have phrased it nicer at an appropriate time. I regret saying that but I took it as a lesson. If Edwina wants to switch it up and choose a man that doesn’t want love or romance, she’s allowed to. A man promising to commit fully and prioritize his duty and care for his wife is no small thing. Kate needs to realize that. But on the other hand, if you sign off on the “duty not love” dynamic, you gotta live with it. She knows he was being honest.
